The Milton Early Childhood Alliance can help families seeking financial assistance with child care through Kinderwait, the Department of Early Education and Care's centralized waitlist. If you qualify, we can provide you with the steps required to add your family to the waitlist.

In order to qualify for financial assistance, all parents/guardians in the household must meet both an income and an activity requirement:
  • Income Requirement - Use the chart below to see if your income meets the criteria for assistance.
  • Activity Requirement - If you meet the income requirement, all parents/guardians must also be participating in one of the following activities:
       -  Working, seeking employment, or enrolled in an education or training
          program (not including graduate, law or medical school) for at least 20
          hours per week for part time care, and at least 30 hours per week for full
          time care;
